Our stock of second-hand parts is huge. It covers Suzuki, Evinrude/Johnson, Mariner/Mercury, Chrysler and Yamaha. All other brands are scrapped on arrival.
We buy old engines, strip them of useful parts and recycle the rest. Our criteria for retaining or scrapping parts on arrival is "Would I use this part in a job?". If the answer is "No", it is scrapped. For hard-to-find items the standard is somewhat more relaxed than for easy-to-find parts, but the basics are still there - if we wouldn't use it in a job, we won't sell it to someone else. |

 | Second-hand parts mesh seamlessly with the new components. For example, if someone buys a second-hand block for an outboard motor, we can supply those parts for the job that have to be new, such as gaskets and seals.
We also provide advice to ensure the job gets done properly and completely the first time, such as "You've looked at pistons and rings, but have you considered bottom crank-shaft seals and exhaust plates?"

 | Selected gearboxes, power trim-and-tilt components and starter motors are overhauled and kept in stock, ready to go. As-purchased components are also available. Powerheads, due to the greater variety, are only overhauled and fitted on demand.
